Those invisible planks are what make it walk. Sounds like some settings on the dupe aren't carrying over for you. Do those planks stay up right? Try lifting the dupe up by the core and see if the legs still work when you hold down 8 or 5.
Chances are the NoCollide didn't carry over correctly. NoCollide each prop with everything (rightclick) and see if it works. The wheels might also not have enough torque.
If you get Turbo Properties, many of the props have modified mass. This might be the source of the problem, so I'll add it to the list of required addons.

It's actually really crappy to find out that everyone's experience varies with dupes. Gmod is not stable, not even a little.

@Makkon Yeah, it doesn't move when I use the numpad. The invisible planks on the side are blocking the wheels.

You misunderstand, Fatmeatball. I tested this extensively before release. You might be susprised to know that it's actually the 8th iteration of it's kind. This was a very deliberate creation with a lot of trial and error. Is it broken for you?
