Description
Hello and thank you for checking out another one of my Insurgency mods.

This mod will replace Insurgency's round winning music with the first 13s of MajorLeagueWubs' Allahu Trapbar ISIS Step for Vagabonds.

Sounds not playing? You must:
A) Be on a server that doesn't force you to use the default game files.
and
B) Type snd_restart into console. I recommend binding this to 'P'. By typing: bind "p" "snd_restart" into console. You can then press P at anytime to restart your game sound.
