I have unmodded game, latest ver. 1.82
Have DLCs:
Mega Events, Revenge of the Snathi, Ship Designer's Toolbox, Mercenaries Expansion Pack
Tested on my main machine and on laptop.
Faction available, no errors. :)

Welcome, one of my favorite too. Probably when GC3 shows full release there is a way to include 'Dusei' too. ;)
