How exactly do I do that. I tried extracting the .vpk into a folder, deleted everything except exenteration, used the vpk.exe in the l4d2 bin folder to convert the folder to .vpk file and after that i put it in l4d2/workshop, doesn't work

I suggest you erase every other sound effect of the Pack except "exenteration", it overwrote all my other Special infected's attack sound mods, other than that little problem, its amazing :nekoheart:
