I was asked to make a mod where only the nomad factions are capable of razing.

I know there are already other mods out there that do the same, but I was asked to make this because those other mods have yet to be updated and released, so until then I tho

There are cases where rebels abandon their own settlements, this would lead to razing the area. This mod doesn't stop factions from abandoning their cities. Are you sure this is not what happened?

Hmm, are you sure? You're the first I've heard of with this problem; it's something I've never experienced myself while playing. Are you absolutely certain it was the roman rebels that are razing, and are you absolutely certain the mod was activated at the time? And are you absolutely certain you don't have a mod that conflicts with this mod?

I will look into it regardless.
