Yes that is true but you would have to change the animations to make the character hold the gun properly. I do not know how to do that and I fear it will take a lot of effort to learn how.

If you do the animation that would be wonderful but I would keep the SMG the way it is, but i wouldn't mind you uploading the animation for your self and then add-on linking it here so people could download it and use it on what ever weapon they choose.
Alright then.. If I was to fix this and send it to you, would you update it? Even if you said yes, I might not be able to because although I'm GREAT with software and learning how to do things, I have no idea what program I would use and how I would do it. I would use a tutorial on YouTube for that.
