Ottawa Eastend Split v2.0

Description
Ottawa Eastend Split by FAILZORD

It's a 3 way highway split off with off/on ramp to parkway.
Base off Ottawa, Ontario, Canada's "The Split", the highway junction of Hwy 417 (Queensway) and Hwy 174 with Aviation Parkway ramp.

v2.0 edits:
Added road elevation and made the road bends more accurate to accual highway split.

@ Ozymandias: But don't worry, that OC Transpo lane doesnt exist =P

Also, I've notice issues with placing this set, v1.0 is still uploaded in my workshop to use if the game won't let you use v2.0. When I get free time, I've been trying fix the file in the editor but my game keeps crashing in editor weirdly.
