Apple (0001AE45) (btw that is not the actual code for apple, this is simply and example)

player.additem 0001AE45 1

And there you go.

to get it via console: help puns

when you see the correct result, type in player.additem and the code next to the result you want. then space after the code, and put the quantity you want
