Description

The conflict between civilians and police in the Ukraine reached its apex today as authorites were issued the order to kill-on-sight. Multiple civilians have lost their lives including those not involved in protests... We the people will not stand for this... Four Police Lieutenants have been carrying out the order from the frontline. Eliminating these serpants will no doubt bring forth Police Commander Potorak and his men. Kill all serpents. Set your people free...

It requires CUP terrains bc it happens on Chenarus.
