Works only with USA, not other country: it doesn't show up.

I simplified the slider in the lastest update.

@Khaled; The full term is, "Allow Loan Bankruptcy".

When put all the way to the right it is called "Allow Loan Bank...", I was wondering what the full term was.

The newest update accounts for the implementation of university grants. If you enact university grants at a level of spending above partial fees paid, the cost of the student loan relief policy goes down. With high Education and high Unversity Grants spending, the cost of Studen Loan Relief goes down by about 70%. It is not 100% because middle income voters already through school can still benefit from a relief program.

This seems to be something that would make socalist happy.

There isn't an option to do that right now, but previously I had considered a university reform policy mod that interacts with this one to reduce the cost of education substantially or make it completely free. The idea I was fiddling around with was this: when university reform was enacted the slider bar on student loans would move to the left and the cost and income from student loans would drop off dramatically and hit zero. Is that something people are interested in? I could go back to working on that if so. I can't promise that it will work out but I will try it again.

Is there an option to pay 100% of school costs? In Germany higher education is free.
