Badass colors for empires v2.

Description
This changes colors to badass for Eastern Roman Empire, Western Roman Empire and Sassanid Empire.

It's now black with a bit of red. ( Primary Black, Secondary Red, Third Black )

I've fixed bug for other factions colors on this mod. I'll fix for the first mod too if anyone uses it, since it was just to see if I know to do a mod like this.

Thanks to Philip for explaining me how to fix the bug.

If anyone's wondering for unit mods, I used Radious and Scoops Excubitores.

Updated the mod so it works now.

@LittleRussianThatCould The mod still works, no need to update. Just allow outdated mods and select it. This is just a recolor mod which doesn't need updates

@Gluteus maximus I don't wanna be rude but then try making black with mixing red green and blue. You'll get white. Black cannot be made with mixing any color.

0 is black I think. I didnt even know that R .G.B meant Red , Green , Blue lol Now i know. Its not a Freaking Circus any more lol
