Description
The Dominion is a loose association of conquered, subugated and freely joined races. It expands at a fast rate and is run by a collective or linking of an unknown number of Changelings also known as Founders. Star trek faction.

Sorry not yet, struggling to design all factions both in feel of ships and personal skill with gal civ 3 designer. If I ever get round to it I will probably have to reupload the factions as new files entirely though.
