Description
The Cardassian Union is a hierarchial society with government and state put above all other. Military and civilian life are almost one and the same wih most fighting age males joining some sort of government service. Star trek faction.

I got around to it, but I need to complete the whole new collection which is coming soon. Geom666999 worked really hard to improve all factions and deserves most credit, but I will upload for convenience.
