Staff of the Deceased

There was a Sorcerer sometime ago who used souls to do his bidding, as all Sorcerer's do. But this Sorcerer eventually retired from his magic. He decided to bestow one last gift upon the world before he died, his magic and wisdom. The souls that he could summon would give him great information, such as what two plus two equals (Which by the way is five). He placed his magic into the staff, that you now hold, to let you call upon spirits and give you wisdom via the addition of the adjective 'Wise" to yourself. The staff was located in a Magic Museum that you stole it from. This is the sixteenth staff you have discovered.
