Quadruple Cannon Laser Replacement

Description
Very reminiscent of Serious Violence and Insamnity mods.

Yes this replaces the laser because Serious Editor 3.5 that's why, don't comment about that.

Laser firerate is hardcoded so expect to have some insane lines of cannonballs.
