Description
Fancy House - Player Home near Rorikstead by Ahhotep M7.

version 1.1 (M7 2015).

Situated in between Sabre Cat and Bandit Spawns, within range of Lund's Hut.

Requires 2 DLC - Hearthfire/Dawnguard.

Over 14 Safe Chests for storage (99990. encumbrance each).

8 Working Gardens (the Fishery and Trophy Stands DO NOT WORK).

Kitchen with Hearthfire DLC Oven, Cooking pot, Alchemy station, harvestable fish, Food Preparation Unit, and attached Dining Hall (seats 11).

Den with bookcases/books, benches.

Utility Room - Forge, Smelter, workbench, grindstone, anvil, bar, non-working Fishery pool, and tables.

Entrance room that "needs some light."

Chameleon Room - turn some levers and see what happens.

Bedroom with beds and ladder (For ladder: Player only).

Outside table and chairs, gardens, and walls with land-docks.

I was just wondering Severin Manor-Adoption Friendly Mod on Nexus is what I'm using now. I just don't like Severin Manor too well. I really like the looks of your mod. Thanks for all your hard work.

you can add followers i think. families are only scripted in Hearthfire DLC houses not mods. i can't edit those scripts currently. maybe if there is another patch in the future.
