General Lee Horn Sound

Description
This adds the horn sound from the General Lee race car to the race car in Left 4 Dead 2. Work with any race car mod as long as it doesn't change the sound. Can be heard in Dead Center and The Passing.

NOTE: There is a car mod on the workshop but in my opinion, this one looks better.

reminds me of Trackmania, where this similar sound can be used for car horn
