One of the seven original factions from the classic Firaxis strategy game 'Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri'.

The Spartans are the most aggressive faction in the galaxy. Their soceity is one of "only the strong survive" and their military is second to none.

Version 1.1 updates:
1) Fixed some typos

Design philosophy: The Spartans are all about military conquest. They have bonuses to just about every ship and military trait so fielding a powerful fleet of ships shouldn't be a problem. They have high morale so flipping their worlds culturally will be a challenge. They are expansionist, cruel, opportunistic and very distrustful of other factions. However, this focus on the military comes at a price: Santiago's diplomacy is abysmal so she won't make many friends. Spartans suffer in social growth across the board....productivity (due to funds being diverted to weapons and ships), economy (same reason), popularity, trading, and farming.

Spartans use the Terran tech tree, Drengin ship style, and Malevolent ideology.
