Trans Galactic Concord

Description
The Trans Galactic Concord originates from the galaxy Messier 64 (black eye galaxy) in the constellation Coma Berenices. They have an influence in a number of galaxies some of which they've occupied completely. They are a race of conquerors intend of bringing the whole universe into their concordium (they still have some way to go!). They do this by sending a single sleeper ship to the next galaxy they wish to seed as their massive fleets are unable to cross the void between Galaxies and ours is next!

I have unmodded game, latest ver. 1.82
Have DLCs:
Mega Events, Revenge of the Snathi, Ship Designer's Toolbox, Mercenaries Expansion Pack
Tested on my main machine and on laptop.
Faction available, no errors. :)

I can confirm that this faction is compatible with games which are not using GRM
