Description
Its 400 population mod, now enhanced with no armageddon (its actually not no armaggedon, but time set to 10k nukes).

[Note]:

If u have problem with download it (like endless download in-game, and, then, message about retry) - restart ur steam and then try again.

That mod ll conflict with every mod, uses rules.xml - disable em before play with it.

also every person in your match should have this mod installed and enabled, if you are going online

you need to enable it in game's mod's settings. Then it will be on till you will manually disable it. If Im not mistaken.

RoN is old game, their mod's controls arent that smart
