Description
When Earth lacked sufficient ability to defend her colonies, said colonies formed a military alliance body that would become known as the Interplanetary Strategic Alliance, or ISA. The ISA was able to secure peace throughout the colonies for a while. Tensions rose when the Helghast bought out Helghan and Vekta, and began prospering like no other nation.

NOTE: The reason I used a picture of Eisenhower because the only true high-ranking ISA person I could find was General Vaughton, but there were not good pictures of him. Apparently many people think Vaughton and Eisenhower look alike, so there he is.
