Im also going to assume you know the deal when it comes to making addons and forging/rigging models, so youre going to have to color in the textures like I did manually and put the parts on manually.
Man i made these so long ago. Memories...
I derived my assets from the 405th forums, a halo cosplay community. They had a section of pure .obj files they pulled from halo reach for those who could 3d print. Well, I couldnt, but blender could load .obj, and you get the idea.
They also had a sub section almost out of sight of all the textures aswell, and it was just a gold find really and it allowed me to make this mod.

Search around a little bit, and when you get to the textures and obj files, create an account so you can get access to the downloads.
