Port of my css map bhop_qportal http://css.gamebanana.com/maps/186327

The tunnel on the ceiling at the spawn room has a blocklight added to look more like the map in defrag

One part on orange is changed as otherwise it would be annoying.

The reason i ported this is because earlier today someone else ported the map. Which i disliked. I asked him to remove it and he did so. But it seems like people really want this map so i figured i'd port it to cs:go myself.
