Minecraft - Controller Companion Key Bindings:

Controller Layout:

A = Space (Jump)
B = Q (Drop)
X = E (Crafting/Inventory)
Y = F5 (Change Camera Mode)
Left Thumb = Shift (Sprint)
Right Thumb = Ctrl (Look/Sneak)
Left Shoulder = Mouse scroll up (Cycle Held Item)
Right Shoulder = Mouse scroll down (Cycle Held Item)
Left Trigger = Right mouse button (Use)
Right Trigger = Left mouse button (Action)
Start = Esc (Pause)
Guide = Tab (Player List)
Left Stick = WSAD keys (Move Forward,Backward,Left,Right)
Right Stick = Mouse movement (Look Around)

Works on both singleplayer and multiplayer.
