Welcome to Gate to Five! This level is the exact scene shown when first entering the fifth world (except with hidden traps, obviously) as can be seen here.

Q: How long did it take you to make this level?
A: Probably an hour or so. Didn't take as long as the others since it was a recreation of a "level" already in the game.

Q: Have you made any other levels?
A: Yes! Four so far. Feel free to check them out. Desolate, Abandoned, Grotto, and Broiled.

Q: Are you going to make any more levels?
A: Possibly, but don't hold me to it. I have no more ideas for levels currently.
