Description
Announcing the newest nest of notable ne'er-do-wells needing neutralisation ...

Lookout Luke ~ Carries a large shield and a noisy, slow-firing revolver. Stands firm in combat.
Getaway Abe ~ Provides steady, wide-angled suppressive fire via machine gun. May preemptively fire to slow your advance or buddy up with other enemies. Dodges some attacks from behind.
Burglar Barnard ~ Readies quick-triggered, slow-recovering ambushes with a suppressed shotgun. Hides from or breaks line of sight whenever possible and doesn't call out suspicions unless spotted.
Nameless Gangsta ~ Dual wields pistols, poorly. Gung ho to seek noises or charge troopers. Targets VIPs when possible.
White-Collar Wallace ~ Throws biohazardous chemical flasks that travel slowly enough to avoid through trooper movement. Lab PPE lightly protects against only the weakest pistols / SMGs.
Loan Shark Lucius ~ Melees with a baseball bat and narrow-but-reliable ballistic buckler. Thwarted by rifle fire or heavy armour. Breaks evidence until he sees combat himself.
Poacher Pete ~ Aims down a deadly 2rd burst sniper rifle. Has a slim field of view, fumbles at close range, and may carelessly approach to claim his kills.
Torturer Trevor ~ His "trusty rusty" SMG is quick and precise at all ranges, but deals minimal damage. Slowly creeps after noise, to catch you once you think you're safe.
Renegade Ryan ~ Highly skilled and unpredictable ex-SWAT using a stolen G17 and front plate armour. Operator-tier threat.
Kingpin Kane ~ Throws a grenade at opening doors. Shoots an increasingly accurate tracer-loaded pistol. Executes hostages if you retreat. Monitors all directions, but his lair's location is also known to you in advance.

These enemies can be encountered all throughout the included TEN NEW* CAMPAIGNS: Cleaning House, One Simple Arrest, Not Quite Abandoned, Buddy Cop Campaign, the New Sharpshooter in Town, Window Crashers, Nowhere to Hide, Police Lights in the Limelight, the Hard Way, and Darkest Hour.
* Campaigns are comprised of existing mission generator maps with revamped enemy spawn zones and organised into themes for optional iron man play.

I thinks that this is quite a cool mod, It allows you to have a much larger range of enemies to go up against which can create a more variable ranged of gameplay in addition. You need to update the tooltips for this mod, tooltips are really misaligned otherwise
