Description
1x16 park that is ideal to locate between two one-way roads to create custom boulevards.

These boulevards (consisting of 2-lane one-ways) will be in such advantage that there will not be any traffic lights when connected to a street.

-Because it's custom :)
-The one-way roads around the park does not create traffic lights when connected to a street.
-In real life boulevards provide higher land value around them. Default boulevards in Cities: Skylines does not make such effect.
