Modeled after the 3rd hole of my home course, Cameron Park CC. This asset has the same properites as the previous ones.

Ploppable.

You can connect the road that the asset uses to a main road and it would work like a normal park. However, they are now ploppable so you could just delete the hole with crime and replace it easily.
