Description
I have decided to not pursue the Nebula anymore at this point in time as major changes to the Galaxy 3.0 Class have made me realize how much worse the old design was (of which this Nebula is a kitbash of); if i ever publish another Nebula it'll probably be a completely new version based on the Galaxy 3.1. For completion and possible general interest (and as an online backup, you never know D: ) i make it available in this Workshop entry.

The ship is currently nameless and a hollow frame; i will most likely just use the interior of the Galaxy 3.1 for an outfitted Nebula too. The ship is intended to be (roughly) 1:1 scale, but honesty first - it's building involved a lot more eye-matching and winging it than most of my other Starfleet ships so it's probably a little off in several places. (i have not measured it; it uses parts of the Galaxy 3.0 which is as close to 1:1 as i could get it, that's good enough for a side-build.).

My machine is a bit outdated, so probably the mid to low end of the recommended spec. Just means I have to avoid the really big ships, which sadly are often the nicest. After nearly what... 3 years though... SE is bound to hit beta one of these days, then hopefully we'll get some plugs for those blasted memory leaks. Maybe I'll even have a better computer by then!

That's very kind of you to say :) I'm sorry to hear about the framerate; this is really starting to become a proper issue with the Galaxy Class i'm currently working on. I deerly hope it's going to run better in the near future. If you like the Nebula i think you will love the Galaxy. Upload comming soon-ish.

Stunning build! No way my machine would handle it with any kind of decent framerate but this has to be the best, most detailed & authentic Trek replica I've seen on the workshop since SE first launched. Seriously well done!
