Its an autoexec file this need place to : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\cfg

To use RapidFire pleas go in game and press Mouse 5 Button

( Or you can config in autoexec file by self opening autoexec with notepad ++ youre favourite bind combination )

For people that has a pc/laptop that can't handle something like this. Install a mod that makes the infected body disappear so It will Increase your gameplay performance. Downside is you don't see those cool gore.
