Description

Note: I did not make this from scratch. 95% of the credit goes to the original owner, Batman AKA Pat of ClanVortex's RPWars. The original map name was "rpw_downtown_v4". These two maps are aout 95% the same, but the changes I made go a long way.

What I did:

Minor bug and texture fixes
Added admin room (always nice to have)
Added jail light switch
Added (not so secret) secrets throughout the map
Made a few new rooms
Removed keypad from Help Desk to prevent players from getting stuck or basing there
Made the billboards have a sexy texture

Other then that, the credit goes to Batman. He is a significantly better map creator then myself. Yes, I am jelly of his made skillz, but I will get there some day.

If you notice something went wrong and I didn't notice, please just let me know so I can patch it up
