Description
Just a month ago there was a power plant that was genereating electricity by using magic. You thought electricity was generated by wind or water, false. It is generated by magic, the magic was being drained from wizards and witches. A group of wizards and witches found this out and decided that it needed to stop. After all, the wizards and witches that are losing their magic and caged up. The group headed out to the power plant and destroyed it with fire magic. Inside the ruins it was revealed that the electricity magic was being channeled into a staff. This staff could not shoot lightning, lightning storms, nor and thing related to electricy in its purest form. Instead it could hit people and they would be shocked and receive 45 damage.

Can shoot bones\skulls that deal 100 damage.

Story:
Once in Underground was a lazy, but smart and powerful mage skeleton. He had many staffs. But there was an agressive human that has fallen Underground. They killed that skeleton, and his soul posessed the one of his staffs.
