Just wait for the warmup to end, plant the bomb in the orange area, and run back to your spawn. I recommend that you play on casual, so that you can experiment around with grenade physics.

The bomb will explode and you get the achievement.

I haven't played CS:GO for a long time, let alone played around with mapping or anything like that, so if this does not work, I can only apologise, as I no longer have any idea how I would go about fixing any problems.
