More Frequent Saves

Description
Simple server mod that allows the world to be autosaved more frequently.

By default, the world is saved every four minutes. (half-day)

Default dedicated server config:
configuration_options = { save_frequency = 4, -- Save frequency in minutes }

Plese add an option to use several slots to the same game, enabling save scumming.
