Description
Lets go racing!!! Cost 10,000 to build and 1000 to maintain but has a huge radius with a high entertainment rating and attracts many low class tourist to your city. Racetrack is in the parks menu

this is great since i am building a modified volusia county and it needed a short track to take new smyrna speedway's place. also i hate to ask but maybe a new smyrna speedway track, it doesnt have to be perfect though.
