There currently isn't a way, mainly to prevent people griefing and opening the cells early. If I ever get back into csgo and mapping, I'll consider adding a way to open cells prior to the automatic opening time.

That would be why they haven't spawned. I could maybe force it to enable via the cfg file when I update the map. For now, make sure that's enabled and then let me know how the map feels for rebelling and I'll consider adding something like a tazer and some grenades(as opposed to a pistol) into the cafeteria area due to its ease of access.

the guns may not have spawned due to the host not putting mp_weapon_map_placed 1 so thats that. i think the cafeteria should have maybe a glock and there could be a fiveseven on the roof of a building that had some parkour or a ladder and a scout maybe at the end of the regular parkour? (i think its pretty hard)
