Wohnhaus 404

Description
Das Wohnhaus 404

It's basically called Wohnhaus 404 because I couldn't find the data for a moment there. Even thought it's labeled International, you can easily put it in the newer part of a European City aswell. Fits in my opinion.

Specs:

Custom
3x3 L2
High Residential
International

Stats:

5'971 Tris
no custom LOD
1024x1024 Texture

@cpt_nosh:
You can adjust the floor height, the starting height and the number of floors in the editor under the material roll-out.

Oh, is that about those lines on the windows? I actually never knew what I should do with it... I'll have a look into it.

Nice. But L2? Looks like it would fit better as L4.
And can you please align the floor height so that it fits with the texture?

@Dog Turds

No, sadly there is no such possibility at the moment. I was referencing the "building themes mod" which has two possibilities: International and European.
So basically it's just non-european. But as always you can make it so, by using the fantastic building themes mod. :)

Does "International" mean it will grow in European and USA cities?
