Description
This mod adds Serbia (Peter I) to the game as a playable civilization. This mod requires the Brave New World expansion (DLC). Removes Belgrade as a City-State.

Introduction
Peter I was the final monarch of Serbia. In exile for most of his life, Peter I spent much of his life in a Western environment, serving in the French army. After the Obrenovic dynasty was deposed in a military coup, Serbians called for the descendant of Karadorde, national hero of Serbia, to rise up. Peter I Karadordevic reluctantly agreed and brought with him a period of unprecedented freedom and prosperity. Peter's aim was to bring more democracy to Serbia. Ruling from 1903 to 1914, Peter I became increasingly inactive during his later years, but was nevertheless a very popular leader. During his rule, he became the King of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes, which would later be known as the King of Yugoslavia.

Troubleshooting
If you subscribed, but it doesn't show up:
1. Turn off the game.
2. Delete the Civ5ModsDatabase.db from Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\cache.
3. Launch the game and go to the mod section again.
After waiting for a brief period, all missing downloads should initiate and install!

If that didn't work, try this:
1. Go to Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS
2. If there is a .civ5mod file in that folder, open that with 7zip, Winrar or similar software
3. Unzip/unpack the contents in Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS

And finally..
If you like this mod, you can show your support by thumbing up :)

If you don't mind me asking, why did you choose these colors? They feel serbian when I play, but I don't know if that's just me.

I like the balance of this mod. Although if you build as many of the Pijacas as I did, those "occassional" food boosts are pretty damn regular! lol

I really like the fact that you have an early improvement to build and then have later unique updates... I think all mods should be like this, it keeps it interesting throughout the length of the game. Kudos

The graphics for the Pijaca are nice, although a little boring for my taste.

I just used this mod and I have a few questions/concerns:

1. The UA is not very specific, nor can I actually notice the change in happiness. Does it just add golden age points or is it supposed to actually add happiness?

2. I encountered a bug with the UU. Whenever the unit disembarks, it gains the same amount of XP as when it was created. (which in my case was over 100). By the Atomic Era I had infantry with every promotion in the book.

But overall it is a very fun civ! Pijacas are a very cool unique improvement, nice to build on your empty grassland tiles!

@BlackWolfZero Sure, you can use it as a base for any of your mods. With basis, I mean the code and general structure of the mod.

Hi, I am looking to start learning civ5 moding and would like to ask you if it would be ok for me to start modding this mod or rather use it as a base for my future work? Thank you.
