** UPDATED FOR AFTER DARK **

Intro:
I feel the workshop is missing a selection of UK high street commercial buildings, so i aim to bring a few to help you create the high street of your dreams. This asset is actually based on a building in my local town [www.google.co.uk]

Building Info:
Type : Growable
Size : 3x2 layout
Density : High Level Commercial
Level : 1

How do i spawn these assets in game?
The best way to spawn these assets is to download the Building themes mod and create a new theme (or add the building to a current theme). Alternatively the two mods below are also very helpful:

- Building eyedropper tool: (essential for easy spawning)
- Control Building Level Up v0.4

Do these assets require any props?
Well they don't technically require them but they look better with them. I've added the props to the required items.

Model Info:
  • 620 Polys
  • 1,394 Tris
  • 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Colour)
  • Custom LOD (89 tris)

@saneksanta34 - Im in the proccess of doing so, will take a while tho as i have over 100 to update. Currently doing the terraced houses first.

@rik4000 don't worry, I have all your collections installed :P
But I'm having problems with some mods and with more than 1.200 assets and 60 mods is hard to determine who is causing the problem (crash at load the main menu)

@( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) - Yes, most of my buildings will probably be based on ones local to me as its easier for me to nip out and take some photos if i need some textures.
