A recent internal audit of FireDuneDynamics has exposed many pressing issues with the company, most notably in our already extensive catalog of craft for export and R&D. One of the files noted an apparent lack of fleet flagship, one that could survive any concieveable attack and unleash fearsome firepower against any conveiveable target, all whilst remaining economically effective.

Wishing to address this issue, management ordered the R&D team to develop a craft capable of meeting the requirements, and meet it they did. Instead of developing an new craft from the ground up, an extensive refit program was set into motion, upgrading several critical subsystems and optimizing existing ones.

The end result has resulted in the flagship variant of the iconic Commissioner destroyer, utilizing upgraded armaments and a re-designed hull. Specific changes include an extended hull, particularly to mount a silo of LPVLMS missiles. The general-purpose turret mounted on the Regent and Marshal has replaced the AAA turret, and the anti-missile system has been replaced with a more effective, optimized version. The most effective upgrades however, have been a complete software overhaul to prioitize and track multiple targets simutaneously. A Grunder Industries Viper Cannon is now mounted as standard, providing truly fearsome anti-ship capabilites.

FireDuneDynamics is assures that the Commissioner is now the most effective general-purpose expiditionary fleet flagship available on neter's open markets for less than 1M RP.
