With Burning Man wrapping up it was time to retire The Retro Cowboy Collection and get back to the roots of Monday Workshop, fine vintage weapons.

Tinkering around the shop one day my phone rang and an all too familiar voice greeted me on the other end with a Gday Mate. It seems like it has been years since I had talked to the friend I spent countless hours in the Badlands with. He was a real character always running around with a back piece he called Darwin and relieving his bladder in jars to throw at people yelling Jarate.

He explained to me the contract business has been slow lately and the younger crowd just doesnt appreciate his line of work anymore. It was time to change his load-out and get something a bit faster and more deadly to keep up with the game. He was done with his cartoonish toys and we wanted a fine vintage weapon to spend the rest of his days with.

Without hesitation Mondays Workshop took to the task with fond memories of the old days and the Darwin was born taking inspiration from his favorite backplate. The only regret I have is for the life of me I cannot seem to remember his name.
