Description
Adds a merc from Splinter Cell: Blacklist to the game.
Replaces Coach.

Includes:
FPS arms.
In-game icons.

I'm fairly new at this, so let me know if you have any issues with it and I'll do my best to fix it.

Credits to Zurf3r for ripping the model.

Near perfect if not for the handy-talky model to be distorted by body movement... should omit the handy-talky model.
