Simple BloodMoon/Eclipse

Description

Ver Simpl BloodMoon/Eclipse script.
Simply creates fog and spawns zombies.
If mounted EP2 it would spawn zombines.
On eclipse all zombies will have X5 HP

Cvars:
sv_dbot_bloodmoon_chance = 10000 (Chance of Bloodmoon every second)
sv_dbot_eclipse_chance = 30000 (Chance of Eclipse every second)

Commands:
bloodmoon - Starts bloodmoon (admin or highter)
eclipse - Starts Eclipse (admin or highter)

Everytime I turn BloodMoon and eclipse on the skybox looks glitchy everytime I turn on.

The numbers are the default values.
It is not a percentage, it is, for example, if it is 999, a 1 in 999 chance each second that the eclipse will happen.

Since I forgot to disable this when playing something, I cranked them both up to 999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999.

The chance commands shown, are the numbers the default values? and is that percent or standard value?

will you make a separate mod that allows random NPC spawning? as well as add settings to this mod wich allows different NPCs to spawn?
