Bug Report - Moving ship

Description
Bug report - the ship is moving without reason and the thursters are not even working for solve that.

the issue seems to come from the rotors since I was trying to join small and big blocks and the rotors displacement distance needs to be +20 (actually +21 but Its imposible to set) and by mistake I tryed -30 and also +20 in all the ways keeps moving, the most easy one to see its the -40 (I know they are like forcing into the corner to make a preassure and maybe thats a reason for a giggle, but I can't understand why its moving without stop.

its meant to be for a post for the support.
but to answer your questions: it has cockpit with all the inertial dampers on and there are thrusters on each direction few of them on each one actually

Is related with the rotors when they are forcing to a position that arent meant in the displacement distance
