Put some class into your theater map with these classic monster movie posters!

Universal Pictures made dozens of horror and suspense films starting in the silent movie era. The first "talkie" in the series was Dracula, followed by Frankenstein, both in 1931. (History time: Dracula was filmed twice, once in English with Bela Lugosi as the lead, and once in Spanish, starring Carlos Villarias. The Spanish-speaking cast and crew worked nights on the same sets, following the same shooting schedule as for the English-speaking movie.)

The Mummy followed in 1932, among others, then The Invisible Man in 1933. The Wolf Man wasn't released until 1941. Nearly 90 Universal Monster films were made by the studio between 1923 and 1960.
