Psychokinetic Arts

Description
Play as a psion (slightly more accurate depiction for free) who just happens to utilise the epic Master Bison's (Vega) psychokinetic martial arts. This is an early release, because I completed this over the course of a quick 6 hours in a day. It's probably dramatically unbalanced and/or bugged out. I don't have the time, so please playtest and review in the meantime. In the download package I also include my recoloured Psycho Power sprites, but I had to substitute vanilla sprites for them because they refused to show. Might be a fundamental game problem.

Abilities included:
Psychokinetic Arts: Starting equipment: Dark Orb, 2 Potions of Dire Empowerment
Start Skill: Psion
(passives boost and 25% chance to proc Psycho boost on kill).
Next Skill: Psionic Ray
Like Eye Lasers, but somewhat weaker and costs mana instead of cooldown. Also does not scale to distance, and does not flame the floor.
Mind Control: resistable charm for 20 turns. Mana instead of cooldown.
Psycho Cannon: projectile attack, obviously. Single target.
Psycho Inferno: the new pillar attack from SF5. Like Gog's Tactical Pyre. Unfortunately my really pretty Psycho-pillar refused to display, so you'll have to be content with a measly lightning-rod.
Psycho Phase: toggle a buff heavy on the mana which raises stats all round, especially dodge.
Psycho Crusher: otherwise known as Psi Torpedo. A little like Charge of The Steam Brigade, minus the explosions and flamefield. Mana instead of cooldown.
Psycho Press: Head Press attack that scales to Caddishness instead of magic power. Cooldown instead of mana.
Psychokinetic Infusion/Bison Warp: Gives teleport that, with enough Savvy, can be brought down to 1 mana cost, and lots of passives boosts.

Psycho Boost is a stackable buff, and is designed to make you a powerhouse.
Psionic Burning! is a debuff designed to work like the "On Fire!" debuff, but may be bugged.

At this point, I do not recommend using this unfinished skill tree, but the mod still adds a couple of fun rooms, which pair well with Combustible Lemons, so it's still worth an install :D

The mod manager does strange things to your description. I just never bothered to fix it.

Why did you decide to lay out the description to your

mod like this?

It's fun, but definitely unbalanced. The overall stat boosts are slightly more than a weapons tree would apply on its own (and apply to both melee and ranged) having the ranged mana skills on top of it pushes it way over the top. I'd nerf the base stats of the ranged skills slightly and half the total stat boosts applied through the tree (maybe stat boost every two levels).
