The New Doctor (Credits) (L4D1 Campaigns)

Description
From the amazing drama TV Film "An Adventure through Space and Time", as part of the 50th Anniversary Doctor Who special BBC held a couple of years back. I also found the lack of soundmods for the credits for the L4D1 campaigns desturbing considering how many L4D2 soundmods existed for both of the campaign sets!

Changes the Credits theme used in the Left 4 Dead Campaigns to this one!
