Adds cateran brigade, horse whispers, elite highland archers, highland archers, gallowglasses, king's warband, kerns, ebdani raiders, ebdani cavalry raiders, chosen raiders, and mounted spear raiders to the picts faction.

I didn't like the fact that the celtic factions had all the best units split between them (Picts having the best offensive swordsmen and axemen, Ebdani having skirmishers and defensive swordsmen, and Caledonians having the best archers and spearmen.) So I added them all togther into my favorite of the three the Pict faction.
