3x10 Industrial courtyard

Description
3x10 Industrial courtyard by EZ1

This is a plop-anywhere filler piece for the bare interior courts of your industrial districts. It does not need a road connection -- plop away, and orient it by holding down your right-click mouse cursor. It will appear in the parks menu, and will raise surrounding industrial happiness as well.

Hat-tip to modders core79 for the idea, with his excellent residential Innenhof, and to Shroomblaze for his terrific industrial props.

**I've also posted a 3x4 companion piece which works in tandem for longer blocks.

Excellent.. adds a lot of realism to industrial areas
