Oarfish Class Cruiser

Description
The second major development in Project Leviathan, the Oarfish is a fast, dedicated strike ship. A downsized version of my campaign flagship, this cruiser packs all the biggest guns it can and plenty of missiles.

The Oarfish can reach 15 m/s on open water, and is surprisingly nimble for its size. Two large caliber AP guns, a medium caliber dual purpose dual-barrel turret, and a small caliber AP gun reliably tear through even the toughest Onyx Watch armor. Two short-range missile turrets will pick off stragglers if the dozen or so long range frag missiles don't get them first.

Retrofit from the Marlin Class Destroyer, or build it new. The main hull is 60% shared, so it can be a speedy process.

@Sandman1424: I'd like to see that. It's already in fleet colors, unless you'd like to switch which is which. The green is the trim, purple is secondary, white is main, and the dark green is detail.

@bencrush7 i have been playing the game for months and i think i know everything there is to know about all custom componants be it lasers cannons milliles or anything else> if you need help with anythhing i could probably sort it out. hope ur huge poject works out

@Bencrush7: there are some good tutorials on the forums and here on steam. I also know the wiki got updated recently to explain missiles much better. Personally, I like to use 5-7 missile blocks, vertically launched, with IR cameras. The camera part does so much for accuracy, and you can set different missiles to hit different parts of the enemy. Also, explosive warheads are kind of weak compared to a tight angle fragmentation warhead. Even if the enemy has LAMS, you might get lucky and spray shrapnel all over their lasers.
